You know what? I might be the only one, but this FedEx “Carrier Pigeons” commercial has me confused. Instead of worrying about the giant pigeons dropping pianos (or whatever heavy boxes they’re carrying), I’m unsure whether to love or hate the ad.
I much preferred FedEx’s previous commercials, the quieter, in-office ones. This new ad feels loud, busy, and frankly, a bit superhuman. While it’s certainly eye-catching, I’m not sure it effectively conveys the brand’s overall message or makes people believe FedEx operates with superhuman capabilities.
