Vanguardia Magazine Ad features Barack Obama, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and Julian Assange in Bare State

How do you connect your product or services to your audience? This is an ideal example of how a brand takes its marketing slogan too seriously (‘La Verdad al Desnudo means ‘The naked truth’ in Spanish) and comes up with creatives which literally means the same. As it may see, it’s not winning brownie points from critics, but then if the campaign serves its purpose, the job is considered well done.

It’s a bold piece of work that seems to encapsulate the values of a determined political magazine perfectly. Provocatively and controversially created, the Vanguardia Magazine campaign will surely raise some eyebrows. It will also shock people into picking up a copy of the political publication. They won’t know what hit them.
