Superbowl 2009 Date Time Tickets

The biggest advertising extravaganza of 2009, Super Bowl 2009′s date and time has been declared.

Super Bowl XLIII (43) is scheduled for February 1, 2009 in Tampa, Florida.
Kick off is expected to be around 6:28 p.m. EST.

Pregame television coverage will be provided by many different networks but the game will be broadcast on NBC (National Broadcasting Company).
Their pregame coverage is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. EST.
Superbowl XLIII Sunday 2009 is February 1st and will be played in Tampa Bay.
It is scheduled to be played February 1 at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida.

The Super Bowl has been going on for about 43 years now. In 2009, the Super Bowl will be marked as SuperBowl XLIII. I don’t know really why they use roman numerals, isn’t it a bit funny? Unquestionably, SuperBowl is the biggest sporting event in the United States, advertisers pay enormous amount of dollars to air their ads during half-time. So, you can safely say this is an event where media planners don’t have to try hard. However, when the industrial chips are down, it will be interesting to see if Super Bowl space sellers can maintain or up its airtime price (even 2008 rates look great now).

Rahul nanda is an idiotRead what Rahul Nanda has to say about Jhumpa Lahiri’s sex appeal which lies in her eyes, as per an American website, thedailybeast.com. The website has featured Jhumpa in their top 10 list of as being a brainy man’s pin up. The site is being run by a former The New York Times journalist, Tina Brown.

Jhumpa Lahiri is an American born Bengali origin Pulitzer prize winning author. Rahul Nanda designs publicity materials for intelligent Bollywood movies. So HS.

This is what Rahul Nanda said to Bombay Times;

“I don’t find her that hot. I mean, anyone can have good eyes and lips, but what’s more important is conversation. If a woman is hot but can’t carry on a conversation, then what good is it? Jhumpa Lahiri looks a little jaded now. If she was hot, then she was hot 20 years ago.”

What a sound byte, Mr. Nanda, were you on drugs when you spoke all these intellectual stuff. By the way, do you know what Jhumpa Lahiri’s profession is? Why she is famous?

Are you sure Jhumpa Lahiri is a dumb in conversation? I mean, you are sure that she cannot match up to your sophisticated sense of humor and intellectual intelligence? After all by profession you polish aged Bollywood superstar’s (khans, kumars) facial skin on movie posters. And she is Pulitzer winning best seller writer…don’t you find any contradiction mr, nanda…like the sophisticated bollywood characters you paint on posters?

Ok…you want her to appear from internet and speak with you? How do you know that she is not good in conversation. You wannabe snobbish…
Well, anyone can have good eyes and lips….i know what you mean….but its not because of her eyes only (forget lips…why are you after her lips I don’t understand…its about her eyes dumbo)…she is an acclaimed writer first (and she writes in english…haha…I mean proper English unlike me and Chetan Bhagat…I wish you realize someday.) and because she is famous and acclaimed and respected she is considered….

Hahaha…that’s another masterpiece…Jhumpa was born in 1967 says wikipedia…she is 41 now….20 years ago she would be 20…agreed she would not look like a 20 year old when she is 40…but does not depth and mystery (and hypnotism) embedded eyes remain more or less same between 20 to 40. I know people put eyelash and all….but I do not remember I saw her wearing any ever…

Its not about being physically hot mr nanda….like your hindi film posters… its about eyes….i think u have become so much one-dimensional after painting so many bollywood posters over the years that you don’t give any special importance to eyes like the rest of ispeshaal body parts…

Its not about physicality mr bolywood painter….its something else…its beyond you….

The article in Times, where mr nanda gave this great soundbite however conveniently mentioned that they asked several men, both thinkers and non-thinkers…they just didn’t tell you who is and who not…like Boxing guy Vijender Singh asked, Jhumpa Lahiri kaun?

(There are two Rahul Nanda I suppose who can give the quote…the painter babu is the above one who has every possibility to be THE man here. another one is the owner of a security company who provides security guards to Bollywood personnels. i dont think it would be the security agency’s boss…i surely is the painter babu…Reader, do let me know if u know…)

Shahid Kapoor has been signed on for VIP Luggage’s Nuovo brand. Khans and Akshay Kumar may still dance with early twenties, but they do fall in the 40+ bracket, Hritik Roshan and Abhishek Bachchan (more domesticated, specially the later one) belong to 30+ categories. Along with Ranbir, Neil Nitin Mukesh and Imran Khan, Shahid’s appeal more lies with the teenagers. He also seems a perfect fit with the young guns that just may have joined in their first jobs and raring to go, bundled with spirit of aspirations.

For VIP it’s a conscious shift from Kal Bhi Aaj Bhi proposition to more young imagery. Shahid’s Nuovo What’s your trip seems a natural progression from Bye Bye, Happy Journey commercials.

Talent management company Bling! is taking care of Shahid’s portfolio. Atul Kasbekar, chairman and managing director, Bling! told afaqs!, “After Clinic All Clear, Shahid was
very determined that he would endorse a brand only when his films were successful. He’s like an uncut diamond that was just waiting to be discovered by brands.”

The ads wear a tagline, “what’s your trip?” Obviously to bond an association between travel and luggage. It also may mean what a place can stand for a traveler beyond a mundane visit or about satisfying an unexplored inner need.  The ads seems trying to elicit an experience or trigger a force to live one’s dream with a perfect journey compatible (from soft to rugged) VIP Nuovo.
